Personal Assistance Liaisons (PALS) track the changing needs of residents to determine which personal services they require, and the well-trained staff provides support 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
At Belmont Village Alzheimer’s patients benefit from individually tailored programs based on expert research. Staff members get to know the likes and dislikes of each person. Such familiarity helps staff determine which meaningful tasks and recreational activities to structure into each dementia resident’s daily schedule. Belmont Village makes security, privacy, and dignity priorities for all of our Alzheimer’s patients.
